1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

3. Account Registration.

   • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation.

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

   • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Survey Participation.

   • You may access and conduct surveys made available through the App.

   • You agree to follow all provided instructions, answer honestly, and conduct surveys in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

   • We reserve the right to reject or remove any survey responses that are fraudulent, incomplete, or violate these Terms.

5. Rewards and Digital Coins.

   • Upon successful completion or referral of a survey, you will earn digital coins as specified in the App.

   • Digital coins have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be exchanged except as described in the App’s reward catalog.

   • We reserve the right to adjust coin values, redemption options, and reward tiers at any time, with notice provided in the App.

6. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

   • Use the App in violation of any local, national, or international law or regulation.

   • Impersonate another person or entity.

   • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.

   • Use automated scripts or bots to conduct surveys.

   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

7. Intellectual Property.

   • All content, trademarks, and data in the App are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

   • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers.

   • The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

   • We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability.

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

   • Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total digital coins you have redeemed in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Termination.

    • We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

    • Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must immediately stop using the App.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution.

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

    • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Body], unless prohibited by law.

12. Modifications.

    • We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.

    • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
